Welcome to the new President-Elect, Louann Zinsmeister, and new Leadership Succession Chair, Kathleen Ford. Nicole Viglietta has been re-elected as Chapter Treasurer. Lambda Kappa officers and members congratulate this year's Nursing Excellence in Nursing Practice Award winners: Cathy Druckenmiller, Staff Nurse in the Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit, PinnacleHealth System, and Michalena Levenduski, Clinical Nurse Specialist, NICU, PinnacleHealth System. Both were publically recognized at the Annual PinnacleHealth Research Conference that is co-sponsored by Lambda Kappa Chapter.
